The demand for high-quality living in city centres continues to grow. At the same time, city authorities face challenges in terms of densification, sustainability, and quality of life. Vastgoedgroep Degroote responds to this with EVER, a large-scale and future-oriented residential project on the former Blekerij site in Kortrijk.
With 252 apartments, a 2-hectare public city park, and two striking residential towers, the city gains both a new skyline and a green lung. The content company organized the press event for the presentation of this project and approached selected media, ensuring the project received the attention it deserves.
